About ERC Expert Group
What is ERC?
The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) is a program created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and economic shutdown via the CARES ACT that provides business owners with a refundable tax credit up to $26,000 per retained employee, even for businesses that received PPP loans.
ERC is not a loan and therefore does not need to be repaid. All business structures are eligible to apply for ERC, including non-profits .
In 2020, employers can receive a credit of 50% of qualified payroll expenses for a maximum of $5,000 per employee for the year. In 2021 employers can receive a credit of 70% of qualified payroll expenses for a maximum of $7,000 per employee per quarter.
Why Us
We utilize our team of CPAs and financial professionals to ensure you receive the maximum refund under the ERC credit. We are 100% performance based, which means that we do not get paid until the IRS has issued a check to your business, and the funds are deposited in your account. We do not charge any upfront fees. We only get paid when you get paid.
